At Tactipup, we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
